Stylus System Managment: Output to PDF

How do you send stylus data to a PDF file?

it doesn't seem to work.

I select "Output to PDF" and a file dialog box opens asking the user to give the file a name.

I give it a name.

Then another dialog box opens presumably to select what data to output?

I make selections and select "OK"

No file is generated.

Does this not work or am I doing something wrong?

Shouldn't need to be set as default, mine isn't and it works fine. I don't think the driver versions have changed in years, either, one of them is 5.5 and the other is 7.7.

I have found they are just stuck in the Zeiss PDF Printer Queue for "Zeiss PDF Printer7".

I can delete them, but they won't resume.

Edit:

I have both 5.5 and 7.7 installed along with NovaPDF 7.7.

You could always try reinstalling them. I don't think there's supposed to be a third one there, just the 2 titled Zeiss PDF Printer and Zeiss PDF Printer7. Get rid of all 3, fetch the setup either from your existing install package or the portal (2023, additional files, PDF_Printer_new.zip) and execute the included VBE file, which handles the installation and the renaming that Calypso seems to require for some reason.

If your machine is managed by an IT department you might need to involve them, executing VB files makes them nervous.
