[Lu...] Posted December 4, 2024 Share Posted December 4, 2024 A Zeiss tech just replaced an air bearing on my machine and then did the annual calibration. He just left. Unfortunately, I did not get his phone number. When I tried qualifying my RDS probes by clicking Qualify Stylus I got the error message "FITTING POSITION - THE QUALIFICATION HAS NOT YET BEEN CARRIED OUT.........." The non-RDS probes are calibrating fine. Any ideas how I can resolve this issue? Thanks!
