Planner - Actuals are not aligned to Nominals.

I'm using Calypso 2022 (v7.4.24) Planner and I see an issue with Actuals not aligned to Nominals. This is something that has crept up on me and now it is highly visible.

Out of the 58 probes for Planner none of them align properly anymore, not even the MasterProbe.

The Circle image was ran with the MasterProbe.

Every feature created is not aligned from actual to nominals. All my nominals display perfectly on the model (Any model, any program).

I create every program with pure geometry (Zero deviations less angled, compound angled features where I round to 8 decimals).

This appears to be my Planner seat only.

Anyone know what could be causing this and or how to fix it?

It looks like you snuck a value into the constant displacement under settings->measurement->simulation

I assume this is for an RDS/XXT machine.  I would venture to say there may be something wrong with the offset in the machine set up.  Worst case, you may need to rebuild the machine tab.

Good suggestion, but these are Zero and not enabled for all sensors.
