[To...]
Customer has had 2 cmm's running with since September with a custom userfields.ini field with a single custom field "u_OperatorName", with a key mapping of K20001. Earlier this week, they noticed something had changed regarding the operator name in the header. They opened up the UserFields Editor and noticed something was seriously different. (see screenshot below). They opened up the userfields.ini file and it matched the editor. I'm not ruling out operator error, but customer claims no authorized users had made any modifications. And, I find it hard to believe this was randomly modified, but anything is possible. The names don't appear like a human entered the values. I mean they look like they could have originated from other text values else where in Calypso. Can anyone think of how the userfields.ini could be mysteriously modified? [Ri...]
Is there another PiWeb report that could be changing these? Like something someone is testing.

[To...]
DOH Unfortunately, customer opened the editor, which updated the "Accessed Date" and didn't think to check the properties for the modified date. Then, went about correcting the user fields and mapping in the editor.
[Ma...]
I've never heard of any Program or error that had changed the userfield.ini within the CALYPSO Support. But never say never...
