Probe is pointing in the wrong direction

Good day, CMM colleagues,

I’m currently experiencing some issues with my planner and would appreciate your support. As shown in the attached pictures, the probe is pointing towards X+ instead of Y+. Additionally, the three black dots on the plate (located on the left side) should actually be facing forward.

I’m unsure what might be causing this misalignment and would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve the issue.

It's because it's a DuraMax, it's a visual thing that Zeiss STILL hasn't fixed apparently.

On my planner seat, I setup all DuraMax's as an Eclipse with XXT and the 5/5/5 measurement volume. You don't get the CMM model but everything else works properly. It should fix this issue.

I was wondering if he might be using the CMM sideways? I set up most of my parts facing the left edge, then switch the direction on the controller box. Gets a little confusing sometimes when making 'strategy moves', because they go my machine axes...

thats the way i do it too but i have a new worker and for him its not that easy
