I found a way to do this, but it is a bit complicated. I import fixtures as components and create a measuring configuration then I move them and back them to fixture tree. To be honest it would be better handling this in your cad software , for example if in NX to create appropriate assembly constraints between the two items and rexport.such that both fixtures are in same co ordinate system.
