Import GOM issue with Add on editor

Hello,

I was wanting to use an add on editor for my ZEISS code. I am following the Add-On Documentation "Using Visual Studio Code as an add on editor". The host is connected but I have encountered an issue where it is not recognizing gom. Is this due to my filepath or another issue?

Thank you for your quick response!  I had only found the older guide to setting this up, so thank you for the link.

I ended up fixing the error on "import gom" by changing the interpreter to 3.13.7 instead of the 3.9 that it says in the guide.  I'm guessing something has been updated to work with the new version, but the guide hasn't been updated yet.

Thanks again!

I have the same issue and it used to work fine for one day and suddenly have issue importing gom.

How to change the interpreter? I am not able to find the setting inside Inspect itself.

Thanks.

Exception has occurred: ModuleNotFoundError No module named 'gom' File
