Master Probe Activation/Creation

I just had the Vast XT head replaced on my Contura.  After installing/tuning the head the Zeiss tech went ahead with the routine calibration.  But I am having an issue with the machine not recognizing the Masterprobe.  It shows up on the list in the Stylus Management page but does not appear on the pull down list when i Manually insert the stylus system.  How do I Re-activate my Masterprobe?  Or is there a way for me to create a new masterprobe?

Try this. 

Go to Resources - Stylus - Stylus System Management

On the left hand side select your MasterProbe. Then under Stylus System Functions click on Reset ID and then Teach ID (new).
