System Error #squared

Hello all,

I've had this error message come up when I attempt to use "Sort Features for optimal navigation (fast calculation)" and it will start but then stop with this System Error.  Has anyone dealt with and solved this problem?  Attached is a screen capture of the error message.

I've just tested this in Calypso 7.8.12. I didn't get the error.

What version of the software are you running?

I feel like I may have seen this in an older version when I had characteristics/features named with special characters like Ø # and °.

Just a long shot if you have anything named like that in the program.

I would have a question if restarting Calypso / PC would make any change. It's funny, but restarting can solve many mysterious things.

By the way - i am seeing way too often questions with low efforts of authors to make some own troubleshootings. But i am a little different - i am trying every trick from my book to understand problem and to solve problem on my own. After a few days of trying i am posting questions. And i get it that not many have that time to spend.
