[Pe...] Posted April 2, 2025 Share Posted April 2, 2025 Upgrading computers and trying to activate on my new computer and this is the wall I've hit: I have a entitlement ID that has dongle bound licenses for V7.8 and 7.6.4. When I try to activate on this new computer it says not activatable because a specific product key is already activated. If I look at my old computer, the product ID that it said is linked to "SMA Rel Calypso Step IN/OUT Dgl Lic 6.8". It wont let me revoke that license because it is a dongle based one. Any ideas?
