[Th...] Posted Wednesday at 03:46 PM Share Posted Wednesday at 03:46 PM Dunno, but this happens every few weeks to all 6 of our machines, and I think to my planner seat as well. It messes up Smart Services reporting, but that seems to be it. I just log out and back into the shop Windows user accounts and it's fixed, so it's probably related to one of the support packages like CMM Agent. IT has group policy configured to prevent users from starting and stopping services on demand, so I can't actually test which specific thing causes the issue.
