[Ja...] Posted April 30 Share Posted April 30 Two guesses... you are either not connected to your CMM or if you are in an offline planner it is not happy you do not have a CMM/model selected. Try Extras > Settings > CMM > Machine in Calypso if is the latter.. A little more information would be helpful. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

[Ky...] Posted April 30 Share Posted April 30 https://portal.zeiss.com/knowledge-base?id=1475168 As Caitlin mentioned, this is almost always caused by the CMM not being homed properly when it starts up, though I believe there are other things that can hypothetically cause it to pop up as well.
