about Graphics Card window problem

Hello everyone,

Time to time, I encounter Graphics Card window in  ZEISS software.

I need to understand why this  window keeps popping up.

I can pass the window by changing the software rendering to hardware rendering but it needs to be passed manually which prevents my scripts to run automatically.

Does ZEISS software has some periodic checks to analyze hardware or it has some bug when running scripts automatically too often?

 Is there some way to pass this rendering window or any other alternative to check whether the system is able to detect graphics card before initializing the new project or inspection task?

Hi Cansetm, 

the notification is telling you need to update the OpenGL driver. if this is a Zeiss PC you can type in the PC model and look up the drivers list and update it.  this driver will need to be updated to then switch to hardware rendering. https://techguide.zeiss.com/en/zeiss-inspect-2025/article/cmd_sys_show_graphics_card_info.html     ZEISS Quality Tech Guide      ZEISS Quality Tech Guide I have copied 3 links that should help and point you in the right direction.
