When I want to perform a scan, I get the error in the image. What is the reason? What is the solution to the problem? I just calibrated the device. Can you help me

Hi,

if you calibrate at 20 °C and your measuring temperature differs more than the allowed value (10 °C in your case) this warning is coming up.

You can recalibrate with the new temperature or check your temperature in the acquisition parameters (acquisition -> Acquisition parameters). In a scanbox the temperature is measured automatically (usually).
