Creating a line between two circles

Hello

This may be a rather silly question, but coming from Quartis (Wenzel) I am so confused. I am measuring (optically) four circles. One centre hole and three holes in a pattern around it. I want to create lines from each hole to the centre and to each other to 1: create an alignment from these lines and the centre and 2: measure the position tolerances. 

How can  I create these lines?

open 2-line, then change nominal definition> Recall: select youur circle.

I would use a 3d line, which is a constructed feature. The 2d line is a measured feature.
