[Ed...]
Hi, Using Calypso (7.2.04) and PiWeb plus (7.8.9) I am measuring, as explained in my earlier post, 9x11 products on one plate. I do this using patters and loops. In my attributes I give my nominal and tolerances, as you always do, in this case for example 1.5mm. Yet in my final report it gives me a nominal value of 1.470. How do I resolve this discrepancy? Kind regards. Link to comment https://qualityforum.zeiss.com/topic/23537-different-nominals-reported-than-given/ Share on other sites
[Ed...]
Updated to the latest version of Calypso 21 - but had no effect. Link to comment https://qualityforum.zeiss.com/topic/23537-different-nominals-reported-than-given/#findComment-132767 Share on other sites
[An...]
Have you made any modifications to the report template? Link to comment https://qualityforum.zeiss.com/topic/23537-different-nominals-reported-than-given/#findComment-132781 Share on other sites
[Ed...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Hi Andy. This I could not tell you as I have taken over from someone else here, only quite recently. However, the interesting part is that when I cut out the loop the report immediately gives the right nominal again. When I bring back in the loop, the nominal is back to old - and wrong. ZEISS is having a look at this too, but are having a hard time figuring it out. [An...]
Very odd. I can't say I've seen that one before and I've seen a lot of weird PiWeb stuff. Let us know what the resolution ends up being.
