Report for probe qualification

I am wondering if there is a way to have a report automatically pop up at the end of our probe qualification program showing the results of all the probes.  Example S result and sizes.

A result element with the following will give the sigma value for the specified stylus:

getProbe("STYLUS","STYLUS SYSTEM").stdProbeDev

Using Result Element and in the formula box enter getProbe("XX","XXX").stdProbeDev for Sigma value and getProbe("XX","XXX").radius for size. XX is Stylus and XXX is Stylus system.

Take a look at this program. It captures the sigma prior to running qualifications and then reports the new sigma after.

It is for an XTR Sensor and a standard rack of 12 probes we use.

Thanks.  I am able to get a report now, but I am wondering what I should set for my sigma tolerances.  I've heard anything under .001 is acceptable but also heard that is should be no more than .0002.  What is an acceptable sigma number to ensure accurate measurements?
