ZEISS INSPECT 2023 cannot detect the high-performance graphics card of Laptop

Hello everyone,

My laptop have two graphics cards, which are Integrated graphics card[Intel(R) Arc(TM) Graphics 2G] and discrete graphics card[NVIDIA RTX2000 Ada 8G], but the ZEISS INSPECT 2023 detected the Low-performance Integrated graphics card by 'Hardware rendering'.

And I also have installed the ARAMIS Professional 2019, it can detect the RTX2000 Ada.

Do you have any solutions of this problem?

could you try to deactivate the Intel Arc graphics card, maybe in the BIOS?

Hello Nanno,

thanks for your reply. I have deactivated it before, and 'Only Software Rendering Possible', you can find it attached snapshot. and the ARAMIS Professional 2019 also cannot detect the RTX2000 Ada after I deactivate the Inter Arc graphics card.
