Qualify a cylindrical probe (spherical bottom end) with a Taper angle in DuraMax.

I am trying to qualify this style in 135 degrees taper in +Y direction but we get an error message "Qualification was not successful. -1012 was given as error code...SDO Error -1012..."

We have some other spherical or ball styles at 180 degrees in star holder but not problem for Qualification in DuraMax.

Are you driving the stylus at a 45° angle

Yes, 45 degrees. The first problem was solved. The Guys did not tight the holder. Now I get this error:

After repeat the Qualification ich get the sigma but 0.002... I think we must repeat the process.
