That's only the "granite" button, showing a representation of the granite plate if there is no full CAD model available. The button for the full model is missing in the screenshot. CMM models are provided by Zeiss (or not) and are installed with the software. They are displayed automatically if the selected CMM type and size match. If no model is displayed for your selection, there's nothing more you can do about it (except ask Zeiss if they're willing to add one for you for $$$ 😮).
