Broken HDD _ Re-install measurement and scan environment

Hi all,

Recently our PC broke down. We've identified this was caused by corrupted HDD / faulty RAID controller.

I'm in the process of reinstalling everything on new HDD's: the operating system and the software.

Since it is an old GOM system (pre-ZEISS), I'm not sure how to go about with this.

Anyone had a similar case?

How to get the license back connected to the PC, etc, ...

Our system:

ATOS Triple Scan from 2015 with swivel lift and rotation table.

DELL precision T5600

Hi Florian,

the license should be no problem, as it's stored on the license dongle. 

If you were running it with an older software, you might need to reach out to the support since old versions are not offered for download.
