Auswertung von Ebenheit 0,02/100mm

Hallo,

kann mir jemand sagen wie ich die Auswertung/Strategie am besten mache?

Das Bauteil ist 300mm lang.

Ich wollte nur die Ebenheit in einem Element messen und dann entsprechend auswerten.

You can use "Flatness ref." There you can setup this.

You perform ordinary measuring of whole plane and this will achieve evaluation flatness 0,02 on 100mm square.

Doch noch eine Frage,

es wird nur der maximum Wert eines Flächenbereichs ausgegeben.

Kann man auch alle Werte automatisch ausgeben lassen?

I believe that reference length "100" is floating, so you can not section it like chess board.

And this should report the worst value. Perhaps pcm or some code could take something out, but i don't think so.

In the Flatness Ref characteristic there are radio buttons to allow control of what reports out-you can select the Maximum Zone (largest deviation of all zones checked), All Zones out of tolerance, or All Zones. It appears you would want the "all zones" information, though depending on the size of your plane, and the settings chosen in "Input Parameter" this may be a very large number of results. In the "Input Parameter" window you can select the size of the zone, as well as the how much each zone overlaps with the next (in percent). The greater the overlap percent, the more zones there will be.
