There are common troubleshooting: check nvidia 3D settings preset: should be Autodesk Motion Builder - compatible restart Calypso / pc replace model make new program Also you can possibly have unchecked visibility of CAD model in hierarchy. Providing as much information as you can can help with solution - such as full version of Calypso.
