Help please

I know this is technically not the correct place to ask this, but I asked on the PiWeb page and received 1 answer that did not work.  My company is asking me to add a signature line to the reports so we know who ran that particular program.  I have gone to the Measurement tab, Multiple Report, Select report header parameters, and clicked the Run radio button by Signature.  I have gone into the PiWeb Designer, added a Text Box and named it Signature.  I then added a Text Field Input box.  In the Select report header parameters box, I hovered over the signature on the right side and had the pop up come up.  I entered that into the Text input field, Input.  What I entered is: ${Qdb.Property[ProtocolHeaderSignature}].  When I run the program, I see the Signature text come up, but I cannot get the signature to appear.  It comes up to enter the signature when starting the program, but will not print out.  What am I doing wrong.  I have very limited knowledge of PiWeb and am trying to learn as I go.

So I am able to do this process on my offline seat and our Duramax.  I try to open the Editor for user-defined report header variables on our Contura G2 and it will not open.  I tried shutting down the program and re-opening it and nothing.  I cannot figure out for the life of me why I cannot get this to open.  Any ideas?

Path for that app is like this:

c:\Program Files (x86)\Zeiss\CALYPSO 6.6\bin\UserFieldsEditor\UserFields.exe

I hope IT does not block this at your machine.

You can edit that file manually, but it's not much user friendly :-)
