As soon as i select circular and MMR, the the tolerance cylinder appears and is perpendicular to the nominal element. showing an outrageous deviation. I think the problem I'm having is 2017 is throwing the tol cylinder weird due to the fact its not locking all 6 down. Its just two planes that are offset from points on the part. I have try to build a similiar situation as you are described above: Therefore to my understanding your problem is caused from some special problem in your constellation. Therefore please contact your local partner to get additional help. In my point of view if you and your local partner look together onto the project we can find the reason for the unexpected behaviour.
