Piweb Models dont update

Hello Together,

i am occuring often times the problem with our PiWeb that the model datas in the properties are missing or was replaced with at totally different model. In the same time our company has the problem that we have many old programs over 10K and there is everywhere the same wrong model inside.

 

Does it give some possibilitys to automatically load up the cad data of the programs if i am measuring the parts over the Autorun, because if i measure it as a simulation in calypso and connect to the Piweb Server right before the simulation then it works.

 

Has somebody occured this problem ?
