[Ed...]
We have Accura II CMMs that run Measurement Plan with a measurement travel speed of 450 mm/s in programs with VAST and other Measuriment Plan with measurements using the ROTOS sensor. In these programs, we use a reduced speed of 100 mm/s. We need to unify the two programs in the same Measurement Plan, but we would not like the measurements with the ROTOS sensor to run at a speed of 450 mm/s. We would like the CMM's travel speed to be reduced from 450 mm/s to 100 mm/s when measurements with ROTOS begin. How can I make this work? I changed the speed in Measurement Plan Editor Features=>Travel+>Speed, but the unified Measurement Plan did not respect the configured speeds. A collision using the ROTOS sensor with the CMM at a speed of 450 mm/s would be catastrophic. Can ou help us?
[Da...]
Are you using default speeds? (optimum). If so you can't override them with the Feature setting editor. Instead change the speed on the first feature at the actual feature, then use paint brush ( measurement strategy ) and select all the features you want at the new speed.

I set the speed using the Measurement Plan Editor Features and used the PCM SetInspectionDrivingSpeed() command, but neither worked as I expected. 😞
