GD&T: Profile on BP shows a boundary line outward Ref ASME Y14.5 1994

I could use a clarification of this profile. (See attached image).

I believe it means the profile should be outward as shown with the arrows, Unilateral (Nominal contour outside) and it is all around as shown.

I am quite sure that ASME Y14.5 1994 allows this while 2009 requires a "U" modifier.

Any assistance is appreciated.

I think you found an answer from posted image from one of my posts. I don't know if it's valid with dashed line, but it looks like for newer ASME you would need (U).
Tolerance is shown on graphics, but without model i woud doubt if it's inward or outward ( if it's correct callout by engineer )
