I believe it means the profile should be outward as shown with the arrows, Unilateral (Nominal contour outside) and it is all around as shown. I am quite sure that ASME Y14.5 1994 allows this while 2009 requires a "U" modifier. Any assistance is appreciated. I don't know if it's valid with dashed line, but it looks like for newer ASME you would need (U). Tolerance is shown on graphics, but without model i woud doubt if it's inward or outward ( if it's correct callout by engineer ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
