Go to Extras - Settings - License or Extras - Settings - Miscellaneous - Licenses, and see if you have the RCCAAOM available and it is turned on. If you see the option in simulation, then it thinks there is something wrong with what it is reading from the controller. You said you just replaced the RDS? Have you run the device activator (https://portal.zeiss.com/download-center/softwares/imt/software/9775).
