Unequally dispose surface profile, ASME

If you have a callout like this:

Surface Profile 0.03 U 0.0 A|B|C  

It means that no more material can be added to the profile, only material can be subtracted.

How do you set this up inside GOM?  Do you put the 0.03 in the tolerance setting, then use the 'Unequally disposed' setting and add 0.03 or -0.03?

Or would you put nothing in the tolerance setting and just use the 'Unequally disposed' setting?

Does this change if you are measuring an internal or external feature?
