I would probably start with this: What sort of graphics card are you using? You can use the DXDiag executable in Windows to check. If this is an upgrade, might there be some IT restrictions that were set up for the old version, but not for the new version as they might be in different locations? If you open the event viewer in windows and look at the application log in the Windows Logs section, are you seeing any errors, especially referencing NView? This is caused by an NVidia software that is easy enough to uninstall. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
