[Ma...]
Hi, we've tried using ordinary table magnets ( cylinders ) with sticked original ( in other words correct ) refference points. Question: Can you define own sizes permanently? Or having it selected and setted by scanning template. I know you can use user defined, but we can not get rid of scanned "cylinder of a magnet". We thought by defining diameter and height it will cut this part of a scan. Otherwise i'll need to came with an APP to remove those remnants by using ref. point location and it's vector. [Na...]
Hi Martin, it is possible in the acquisition parameters -> reference points. You have to switch to 'user defined' -> 'user defined' again to edit the cut out parameters:
[Ma...]
Please sign in to view this username. Thanks, i was able to go this far, but can I define own name with data and store it to be able to just select it from list instead of redefining on new projects? I saw folder named "atos_ref_points_templates" in AppData/roaming/gom, but i don't know if there should be json or other file.
[Na...]
I am not aware of a way to save them by name or add then to an app like with other custom templates. If you create a project template with the user defined reference points in the acquisition parameters it will be saved in the project template and the set acquisition parametesr will be used for scanning. The folder in Appdata seems to store reference point frames, which are located in the preferences -> templates in the software.
