Single Element Transformation - Rotate - for a Datum System in different stages

I used the 'Single Element Transformation' command to rotate a coordinate system. However, this change was only applied to the stage I was working on, not to the others. When I perform the same action on a point, it updates across all stages.

The command I used is as follows:

In the next image, you can see the coordinate system and the point in the same stage where I rotated them:

In contrast, in the other stage, the system has not been rotated:

 I really only use the single element transformation to rotate the CAD or parts to my blueprint drawing view for easy programming. Perhaps you would be better suited to make a coordinate system and rotate the coordinate system to the desired position. Then use this alignment for your evaluation.
