Calypso 2025 Issues - URDF or Interface File Missing? Illumination Files Invalid?

Hi all!

I just installed Calypso 2025 I am having issues setting up my offline seat. I wanted to check to see if anyone might have suggestions/solutions for some of these problems. I can open the software and it looks like all my licenses are finally working. CAD Models load fine - but when I turn on Measurement Plan Simulation, I immediately get the URDF/Interface File Missing Warning and it won't run with any visual probe on the screen. I also get this Missing Illumination Settings message every time I startup Calypso.

Just wanted to see if anyone might have an idea of how to fix this! Thanks!

I, too, am seeing this message displayed when opening various measurement programs. It began a month or two ago after upgrading to Calypso 2025 - any ideas how to 'fix' this?

 I still don't have a resolution to this and just noticed you replied so I see it isn't just me. I just opened a ticket with Zeiss this morning to see if they might have any idea why or how to resolve this. I will update here if I get anything back from them.
