Calypso would not open

Hi all,

I installed offline Calypso 2019 on my PC and it fu*k up my Calypso 2014. I have deleted everything, every Zeiss folder and re-install Calypso 2014 from scratch a few times already but it's not working. Every time I tried to open it comes with that error message. Any help ideas please ?

I am not saying do what I do, this may be contingent to my situation.

But you may be able to use information to help you resolve your problem.

I wrote and have used the instructions where I currently work about 4 times now, each time I was successful at fixing all the problems from dual or multi installs.

It's going to be difficult to help much with 2014, but I might try a new config folder, just to see if that is the cause. It has been a very long time since I worked with 2014, so I don't remember exactly where the config folder is, but you can try using this document:
