I have deleted everything, every Zeiss folder and re-install Calypso 2014 from scratch a few times already but it's not working. Every time I tried to open it comes with that error message. I am not saying do what I do, this may be contingent to my situation. But you may be able to use information to help you resolve your problem. I wrote and have used the instructions where I currently work about 4 times now, each time I was successful at fixing all the problems from dual or multi installs.
