QDAS Import

Hello,

is it possible to import QDAS-files into Inspect?
I only find the possibility to export a QDAS-file but i would like to import it from an different measurement program from a non-Zeiss machine into Inspect and use the predefined wording for each measuring point.

supported import formats for measuring plans are listed here: ZEISS Quality Tech Guide

Is there a dedicated QDAS format for measuring plans? A typical .dfq does not contain all the needed information about geometries, I think. If there is a format, please contact the support and maybe there could be implemented an import filter for this.

Generally, the ASCII import function (typical csv file) can be adapted to many formats. This could be a solution, too.
