I'm trying to run a program that hasn't been ran in a couple years and I'm getting these 2 pop up errors when trying to run the program. I've tried adjusting the settings in the strategy, but nothing seems to help. Thank you! Then re-do the calibration using the small glass plate with the targets on it. [No...] Posted February 4 Share Posted February 4 (edited) A frequent problem I encountered is when the autofocus detects the same amount of max. contrast (AF is contrast-based asd you certainly know) at different heights, it is unable to determine which is the correct one and errors out. This happens frequently with thin molded plastic parts where flash occurs and tricks the AF. In cases like this it's better to reduce the AF distance or raise the starting point, so it stops before the second edge.
