how can i get reason of calypso error message

I'd like to know calypso error message reason.

let me know where can i get correspondence list or not?

What kind of errors do you have in mind? There are basically three types:

• Errors with a comprehensible message in a Calypso dialog window
• Errors raised by the underlying Smalltalk environment
• Errors in the event window

The first type should have enough information in the dialog to find or at least narrow down the reason yourself.

The second type is only useful for the developers ot the software as it refers to internal functions. Most of the time the reason depends on the actual contetxt where it occured and is not obvious.

Errors in the event window usually refer to controller-related errors and many of them are also only meaningful for Zeiss support personnel. 

 

So no, there's no list of error reasons available

In my mind,I want to know error detail by error code(SDO Code) because if i determine error root so more speedy repaired in conversation.

so in advance i'd like to know the list.however it seems to like  there is no list.

you cand try the Knowledge base on the portal, but I agree there should be more of a list, the thing is there is a large possibility of potential errors. Many can be found searching here on forums. SDO /SDCO  is related to stylus database object I believe, or the probe file in the software.
