This typically happens when a template is renamed or not copied to corresponding CMM file folder structure. [Ma...] Posted February 23 Share Posted February 23 Hi, this could be caused by the following: This error occurs after incorrectly copying the configuration and can be resolved as follows: Open the values file in the following directory with a text editor: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Zeiss\CALYPSO 8.0\config\env Search for the following term: piWebPreviewTemplate Replace the highlighted section between the first and last brackets with the following method: -> #piWebPreviewTemplate -> (UI.OMCarefulValueHolder with: (#system -> 'PlotProtocol.ptx')) Best Regards Marcel 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
