Does anybody know how to fix this error code.

I cannot open plot in the programing page, but the plot does show up on the report.

It appears the template doesn't exist in the required search path.

This typically happens when a template is renamed or not copied to corresponding CMM file folder structure. Perhaps it was created on one system, program copied to another system and the template is not available.

this could be caused by the following:

This error occurs after incorrectly copying the configuration and can be resolved as follows:

Open the values file in the following directory with a text editor: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Zeiss\CALYPSO 8.0\config\env

Search for the following term: piWebPreviewTemplate

 

Replace the highlighted section between the first and last brackets with the following method: -> #piWebPreviewTemplate -> (UI.OMCarefulValueHolder with: (#system -> 'PlotProtocol.ptx'))
