2026 software version not loading

i have installed 2026 but i cant open the software as it says no license?. my suite points to 2025 on the server and works fine. do i need to do anything to be able to use 2026 ?

Have you updated your license in the License Manager on the Zeiss Portal?  I would check the portal and see if the license for that machine is on the correct verison.

it says i need to verify with a serial number and entitlement id . the recent license update on our server was to 2025 version. i simply then point to that server and in my application list it is available to use. we only use the software and no hardware so i dont have a serial number.
