[No...] Posted March 2 Share Posted March 2 (edited) Hi, does anyone here happen to know about possible causes if the camera image and the lighting don't work? Cable connections on the PC side seem to be ok and Calypso doesn't throw a real error, it just fails to measure. Maybe a loose cable somewhere in the controller? Problem is although the CMM is still in use, we already cancelled our service contracts because it's due to be sold. So we don't want to pay for an expensive repair anymore unless it's absolutely necessary. [An...] Posted March 2 Share Posted March 2 When I ran into a similar issue with the 322 at a previous position, we corrected the issue by removing and re-seating the network card that the camera is plugged into. [No...] Posted March 3 Author Share Posted March 3 (edited) Our IT guy checked the network card settings in Windows yesterday and they all seemed to work. So I assume they are also seated correctly. In case this information is of any use: The laser pointer is the only light still working.
