O-Inspect 322: No camera image and no lights

Hi,

does anyone here happen to know about possible causes if the camera image and the lighting don't work?

Cable connections on the PC side seem to be ok and Calypso doesn't throw a real error, it just fails to measure. Maybe a loose cable somewhere in the controller? Problem is although the CMM is still in use, we already cancelled our service contracts because it's due to be sold. So we don't want to pay for an expensive repair anymore unless it's absolutely necessary.

When I ran into a similar issue with the 322 at a previous position, we corrected the issue by removing and re-seating the network card that the camera is plugged into.
