Issue loading DXF file

I have tried several different .dxf files, and I cannot get any of them to open in Calypso.  I followed the steps of importing the cad file, but I get an error message every time (see below).

Any help would be great.

try to convert it in .sat with an other application before open it with calypso.

I can load dxf files on the other CMM (same software version, 2010 model), but ont he new one, i keep getting this error.  

 

I do not have any other software I can utilize at the moment to convert it to step

Are both computers (the one that it will pull in on and the one that it wont) running CALYPSO 8.0.08?

I know for a fact that the attached Curve B.dxf model file works on my PC with CALYPSOP 8.0.12. You can try it on your PC to see if the CALYPSO version is at fault or if it could be something about your particular .dxf files?
