Pre-run Stylus Qualification Check failing even though the stylus system qualified within limits

Recently, we enabled the function in the CMM settings for stylus systems to limit the age of a stylus system qualification and check to ensure that the stylus qualifications are within limits prior to running any measurement plan. In the past day, we are struggling with our 'L' probes. even though the sigma values are not exceeding .0007" and passing qualification just fine, Calypso is saying they are beyond acceptability limits. Are the limits in the CMM settings different than the limits for each individual stylus system?
