PIM and Model Based Defintion

Hi, this is the first time I'm trying this. I have my CAD file in zix that has all of my measurement information, after I scan the part, do I do a pre-alignment or what alignment?

Also, how do I get the inspection report, I can't seem to find any information in the book on what the proper steps are.
