Suddenly my machine won't move on the "y" axis, it won't let me zero it, and I'm getting the following error in the status window:

4 Movement command discarded, final motor stages not ready.

488 CAN Device.

It looks like I'll need to call a technician, but I was hoping someone could help me in any way. Thank you.

I experienced this a few times with the Contura device, but I don't remember if it was the same message.

Turn on the air switch on the device's cover and move it manually in all three axes, then turn it off and send it to the reference point.

Okay, thanks. On the Accura II, it's like a button that acts as a purge valve. I've tried it, and nothing. I guess I'll have to call a repair shop. Thanks anyway.
