Drawing Interpretation

I have a snippet of a view from a drawing done in 1986 and states no specific standard to follow, though ANSI Y14.5-1983 was the standard du jour.  There are 6 slots are on the OD of a cylinder which is datum C, but the view only shows 1 set of 3.  I didn't put any details regarding profile on slot sides because they're just more of the same, profiles without a DRF.

I'm pretty clear on the position of one end of the slot to C, except for MMC on a BASIC radius.  It calls for profile of each end of the R.134 6 places and by today's standards, we would normally think that's only controlling the size and form of the radii.  Any thoughts?  The customer is covertly depending on us to supply them with a cmm program that they don't have and I could probably come up with something close but I gotta try to make it right, or as close to checking it so it's right functionally.
