[Ma...]
Good morning, Error report attached. Zeiss Pro T2 Advance w/Calypso 2024 7.8.00. Started initial run for a brand new program using a manual alignment. After probing alignment features and clicking through the prompt for switching to CNC Mode is when I get the error. I've tried resetting the software, then the CMM, then shut down everything including the PC and let it sit 25 minutes before restarting, but the problem persisted. I was able to successfully run an existing proven program with no issues, so the error is unique to the program. I appears like I can run program manually, but I have several circles with 40 hits ea. and I'd rather not have to do that. 😄 Any help would be much appreciated, thanks! [Ma...] Posted yesterday at 05:24 AM Share Posted yesterday at 05:24 AM Good Morning Matthew, if you're running the base Version 7.8.00, my first suggestion would be the latest ServicePack, just like Windows, a lot of BUGs get fixed with each Pack. If that doesnt help i would contact your local Software Support and send them the ErrorReport. Best Regards Marcel
[Ri...] Posted yesterday at 10:34 AM Share Posted yesterday at 10:34 AM When I had a similar error, if not the same, it was due to PCM, an array not calculating because it was setup wrong.
[Ma...]
I haven't been good at all keeping up with that stuff, so I'll do that. Thanks for the reply!
[Ma...]
Please sign in to view this quote. I think I did see PCM when I was going over the error report. Can you remember at all what the setup error was?
